  • Valid ORIGINAL Photo ID Proof: Any one of the following valid original identification cards: Voter ID, Government-issued Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or valid College/University ID (if currently studying). (Note: Photocopies, mobile scans, or notarized copies are NOT accepted).
  • Passport Photograph: One recent color passport-sized photograph (not older than 2 months) matching the appearance submitted during online registration.
  • SC/ST Free Travel Authority: SC/ST candidates utilizing the free travel pass must carry the original Caste Certificate along with the travel authority slip printed on the e-call letter.
  • Scribe E-Call Letter: PwBD candidates using a registered scribe must ensure their scribe carries a separate scribe admit card and original registered photo ID.
Strict Exam Day Guidelines & Banned Items
Exam Center Protocol Warning:
  • No Cloakroom Facility: Test centers do not provide storage arrangements for personal belongings. Candidates should not bring expensive items or prohibited baggage.
  • Strictly Banned Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, fitness bands, earphones, microphones, paper notes, geometry boxes, wallets, purses, belts, caps, metallic ornaments, and water bottles are prohibited inside the examination center.
  • Stationery: Candidates must not carry pens or pencils; pens will be provided inside the computer lab during the exam.
  • Biometric Verification: Full biometric capturing (fingerprint and facial recognition) will be performed at the center. Candidates are strictly advised not to apply Henna / Mehndi on their hands as it obstructs biometric capture.
  • Self-Declaration Paragraph: Candidates must write the self-declaration paragraph, sign, and affix Left Thumb Impression (LTI) on the e-call letter in the presence of the invigilator ONLY inside the exam hall. Signing in capital letters or writing in advance will lead to disqualification.

  1. Open the official RRB DigiALM Candidate Login portal at: https://rrb.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/2667/92089/login.html
  2. Enter your Registration Number and User Password / Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY).
  3. Enter the Captcha verification characters shown on the screen and click “Login”.
  4. Navigate to the “City Intimation Slip / E-Call Letter” tab on the dashboard.
  5. Select your applied Pay Level (Technician Grade-I Signal or Technician Grade-III).
  6. Review test center location, reporting time, shift schedule, and roll number.
