The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Call Letters for the recruitment of Group “A” – Officers Scale-II and Scale-III. Candidates can now download their Admit Card for the Single Level Examination.

📥 How to Download IBPS RRB Call Letter?
- Step 1: Click on the “Download Call Letter” link provided below.
- Step 2: Select your preferred language (Hindi or English).
- Step 3: Enter your Registration No / Roll No.
- Step 4: Enter your Password / DOB (DD-MM-YY).
- Step 5: Enter the Captcha code and click “Login”.
- Step 6: Your Admit Card will appear. Print it immediately.
❓ FAQs: Call Letter & Exam Details
Q1. How do I download my call letter?
Ans: Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB(dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter.
Q2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Ans: Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.
Q3. Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?
Ans: REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.
Q4. My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?
Ans: Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
Q5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Ans: Please check your entries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
Q6. What documents do I need to carry to the exam center?
Ans: You must carry the printed Call Letter, an original Photo ID proof (PAN/Aadhar/Passport etc.), and a photocopy of the same ID proof stapled to the call letter.
Q7. Do I need to paste a photo on the Call Letter?
Ans: Yes, you must paste a recent passport-size photograph on the Call Letter space provided. You should also bring one additional photograph with you.
Q8. Is there a Prelims exam for Scale II and III?
Ans: No, for Officer Scale-II and III, there is only a Single Level Examination followed by an Interview. There is no Prelims.
Q9. What is the duration of the Scale-II exam?
Ans: The duration is 2 hours (120 minutes) for General Banking Officer and 2 hours 30 minutes for Specialist Cadre.
Q10. Is there a penalty for wrong answers?
Ans: Yes, there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer marked in the objective test.
