3️⃣ Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
From pages 1–3 of PDF:
Nationality
✔ Must be an Indian citizen
Education
✔ Matriculation (10th Pass) from a recognized board
Domicile Rule
✔ Must possess domicile certificate of the State against which the candidate is applying (valid as on 14.12.2025)
Age Limit
✔ 18–25 years as on 14 December 2025
Relaxations:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years
- Departmental candidates: up to 40 years
- Widows/divorced: 35–40 years depending on category

Other Requirements
✔ Must be medically fit
✔ Must clear character & antecedent verification
✔ Must agree to All India Service Liability (can be posted anywhere in India)

6️⃣ Selection Process
From pages 3–5:
Tier-I (Online Exam) – 100 Marks
- General Awareness – 40 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Marks
- Reasoning – 20 Marks
- English – 20 Marks
⏱ Duration: 1 hour
❗ Negative Marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer
Tier-II (Descriptive) – 50 Marks
- English comprehension & writing (150 words)
- Qualifying: 20 marks required
⏱ Duration: 1 hour
Final Merit
- Based on Tier-I only (Tier-II is qualifying)
- Document Verification
- Character verification
- Medical Examination
7️⃣ How to Apply
From pages 8–10:
- Visit MHA website (mha.gov.in) or NCS portal (ncs.gov.in)
- Register with mobile & email
- Fill personal, education & domicile details
- Upload photo (100–200 KB) & signature (80–150 KB)
- Pay fee online or generate challan
- Submit final form
- Download a copy for future reference
