BEML Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ Company under the Ministry of Defence, has officially released Notification No. KP/S/28/2025 for a Special Recruitment Drive. This drive aims to fill backlog vacancies reserved for SC, ST, and OBC candidates across Group A, B, and C positions. BEML plays a pivotal role in core sectors like Defence, Rail & Metro, Power, Mining, and Construction.

The recruitment offers a total of 50 vacancies for various high-level and entry-level posts including Dy. General Manager (DGM), Asst. General Manager (AGM), Manager, Engineer, Diploma Trainees, and Office Assistants. Interested candidates must apply online through the official portal before the closing date of 07 January 2026.

The total 50 posts are distributed across various grades and designations. Please check the specific count for each role below:

BEML offers a highly competitive pay scale along with other allowances like DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity, etc.

• Dy. General Manager (Grade VII): ₹ 90,000 – 2,40,000
• Asst. General Manager (Grade VI): ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000
• Sr. Manager (Grade V): ₹ 70,000 – 2,00,000
• Manager (Grade IV): ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000
• Officer / Engineer (Grade II): ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000
• Asst. Engineer (Grade I): ₹ 30,000 – 1,20,000
• Diploma Trainee: Stipend ₹ 17,000/pm (1st Year), then ₹ 20,500 – 25,500/pm. (Scale S1 on absorption: ₹ 23,910 – 85,570)
• Office Assistant: Stipend ₹ 20,000 – 23,500/pm. (Scale B on absorption: ₹ 16,900 – 60,650)

1. Educational Qualification

• Engineering Posts (DGM to Asst. Engineer): First Class Degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Civil / Automobile Engineering from a recognized university. (Masters preferred for R&D).
• Finance Posts: Qualified CA / ICWA or First Class MBA (Finance).
• HR Posts: MBA (HR) / MSW / PG Degree in Personnel Management.
• Diploma Trainees: 3-Year First Class Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Office Assistant: First Class Graduate Degree with computer proficiency.

2. Experience Requirement

• DGM: 16 Years
• AGM: 13 Years
• Sr. Manager: 11 Years
• Manager: 8 Years
• Officer / Engineer: 2 Years
• Asst. Engineer / Trainees: NIL (Freshers Eligible)

3. Age Limit (As on 07.01.2026)

Maximum age limits (including relaxation for SC/ST/OBC) are as follows:

• Group ‘A’ (DGM, AGM, Manager, Engineer): Selection will be based on Assessment (Interview). Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email.
• Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ (Asst. Engineer, Trainees): Selection will be based on a Written Exam covering Domain Knowledge, Reasoning, General Awareness, and English. The exam will be held in Bangalore.
