The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has officially announced the schedule for the Final Combined Competitive Examination for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector/Sub-Inspectress (Unarmed Branch), Sub-Inspector (Armed Branch), and Sergeant in Kolkata Police – 2023.

According to the official notice (No. WBPRB/NOTICE – 2025/24), the final examination is scheduled to be held on 30.12.2025 (Tuesday). The e-Admit Cards for eligible candidates are available for download starting from 22.12.2025 on the official websites. Candidates must note that this year, a new Aadhaar-based verification process has been introduced to download the admit card.

Candidates must follow a specific procedure to access their Hall Ticket this time. The board has integrated Aadhaar verification into the download process:

• Step 1: Visit the download link (provided below) and enter your Application Sl. No. and Date of Birth.
• Step 2: You will be redirected to enter your Aadhaar Number and Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number.
• Step 3: Fill in the required particulars regarding your Caste/Category.
• Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number and registered e-mail ID.
• Step 5: Enter the OTP to update your information. Review details and click ‘CONFIRM’ to download the Admit Card.

Note: The mobile number provided during this process will be treated as your registered mobile number for all future recruitment-related SMS.

Candidates must strictly adhere to the following rules at the examination venue:

• Documents: You must carry the printed e-Admit Card and the Original Aadhaar Card as proof of identity.
• Photo Capture: A photograph of the candidate will be captured at the venue. This is mandatory. Candidates who avoid this process will have their candidature rejected.
• Banned Items: Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, portable scanners, calculators, and high-heeled footwear are strictly prohibited.
